These terms governs your use of our services, including the downloading of Astral Luna, accounts, in-game purchases, in-game store and website, and other related services made available now and then.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By using and accessing Astral Luna, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or an underage user with a guardian consent, and you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms then do not access, purchase or use our game. We may update these terms from time to time by posting the amended terms in our website.

I. Account Rules

1. You may not share your account with others, nor let anyone else access your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You are also responsible for any harm resulting from disclosure of your account information. The Astral Team will not ask for your account information. We strongly advice against disclosure of your information to anyone that introduces themselves as Astral Luna Staff.
2. You must not choose a username that infringes the rights of any third party, impersonates Astral Luna Staff or other users, which is deliberately confusing or which is offensive, racist, obscene, hurtful, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to make such assessments in our sole discretion, change any username for any reason or take such other action as we believe appropriate.
3. The Astral Luna Team reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your account once you violated our terms.
4. Astral Luna will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of account, termination of account, restriction of access to our game or deletion or restoration of game accounts.

II. Game Conduct

1. Upon access to the game, you accept that you shall be lawful and will comply with our game rules. Hence, you agree to avoid the following:
   • Virtual Items and Account Selling outside the game. (Real Money Trading)
   • Post, upload, transmit or otherwise disseminate information that is obscene, indecent, vulgar, pornographic, sexual or otherwise objectionable.
   • Defame, libel, ridicule, mock, stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate or abuse anyone, hatefully, racially, ethnically or, in a reasonable person’s view, otherwise offensive or objectionable.
   • Attempt to obtain passwords or other private information from other members.
   • Improperly use support channels or complaint buttons to make false reports.
   • Exploit, distribute or publicly inform other members of any game error, miscue or bug which gives an unintended advantag.
   • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, or promote or encourage any illegal activity including, but not limited to, acking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software, or cheats or hacks.
   • Impersonate other person, whether another user or Game Staff.
   • Advertise another game, in-game or to any other chat channels.
2. We reserve the right to access, monitor and/or record any online activity within the game and you give us your express consent to access and record your activities. Any breach of the above rules of conduct shall be determined by us at our discretion, acting reasonably in all circumstances.

III. In-game Currency and Goods

1. The game includes currencies in game that you can use as virtual money to purchase in-game virtual goods. You can obtain this virtual money in our website with real money if you are a legal adult in your country of residence.
2. You accept that any purchase or real money transaction done in our website is a donation and NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. We prohibit and do not recognize any alleged transfers of Virtual Money or Virtual Goods outside of our Services, or the sale, gift or trade in the “real world” of anything that appears or originates in our game unless expressly authorized by us.
4. Any "real world" transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and void, and may subject your account to termination.
5. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any refund or compensation in connection with the account.
